1.1 Each offer is subject to the terms shown with it, including its validity period, eligible Products and any minimum order value. If an offer's terms differ from these Terms, the offer's terms apply to that offer.

1.2 Unless an offer states otherwise: (a) only one offer or coupon code can be used per order; (b) offers do not apply to gold and silver coins and bars, Bespoke Products, or purchases made using a Lifetime Exchange; (c) coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value; and (d) offers cannot be applied after an order is placed.

1.3 Kavera may withdraw or change an offer before its stated end date where it reasonably needs to, for example because of a technical error or misuse. Any withdrawal or change applies only to orders placed afterwards and does not affect confirmed orders.

1.4 Kavera may cancel orders placed through misuse of an offer, including by creating multiple Accounts or using automated means, and will refund the amount paid.

2.1 Refunds are limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product returned.

2.2 Where an offer depends on the total value or number of items in an order, and a return takes the order below the offer's threshold, the refund for the returned Product is reduced by the value of the benefit you no longer qualify for. The adjustment is shown to you before you confirm the return.

2.3 Free gifts must be returned with the Product, or their value is deducted from the refund.

3.1 Kavera Credit is issued for balances under a 7-day exchange or Lifetime Exchange, and in any other case Kavera states in writing.

3.2 Kavera Credit is held in the name of the Account holder, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, earns no interest, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Your Account shows your balance and expiry date, and Kavera will remind you before any balance expires.

3.3 Kavera Credit can be used, in whole or in part, towards any purchase on a Kavera Channel. Where an order paid with Kavera Credit is refunded, the Kavera Credit used is restored.

4.1 When Kavera issues gift cards, they will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, usable only on Kavera Channels, and subject to the terms printed on or issued with them. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and a lost gift card can be blocked and replaced only if it was registered to an Account.

5.1 Any loyalty, referral, contest or similar programme Kavera runs will be governed by its own terms, published before the programme starts.
