1.1 Every Product is delivered with:

(a) a tax invoice stating the metal, its purity and weight, and the details of every laboratory-grown diamond in the Product;

(b) an SGL report, being an SGL grading report for each laboratory-grown diamond of [●] carat and above, or an SGL jewellery report covering the piece, with smaller accent stones described together, by total carat weight and quality range; and

(c) the Kavera authenticity card for the Product.

2.1 Each SGL report states the report number, the growth method (CVD or HPHT), and any post-growth treatment identified by SGL. Where a stone is laser-inscribed, the inscription matches its report. You can verify a report on SGL's website using its report number.

2.2 Kavera describes its stones as laboratory-grown diamonds, in line with IS 19469:2025, and never presents them as natural diamonds.

2.3 A grading report records SGL's opinion on the date of grading, and minor grading differences between laboratories are normal, as explained in clause 5.5 of the Terms of Use.

3.1 Gold jewellery is hallmarked under the requirements of the Bureau of Indian Standards and carries a HUID number where required. You can verify a HUID on the BIS CARE app.

4.1 Product Documents are needed for exchange, buy-back and warranty requests. A replacement grading report costs ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat, whichever is higher. Your tax invoice can be downloaded from your Account at any time.
