1.1 After your consultation, Kavera sends you a written quotation based on the proposed design, the estimated metal weight and the stone specification.

1.2 The gold rate is locked on the day you pay the advance.

1.3 The final metal weight may differ from the estimate. The balance is adjusted to the actual weight at your locked gold rate. If the actual weight is more than 5% above the estimate, Kavera bears the cost of the excess.

2.1 Production begins once you have paid a 50% advance and approved the final design (CAD model or render) in writing. The balance is payable before dispatch.

2.2 Bespoke creations are typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks of design approval and receipt of the advance. For more complex designs, Kavera will confirm a longer timeline in writing with your quotation. Delivery then follows the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

3.1 Before you approve the final design, you may cancel and receive your advance back, less design charges actually incurred of up to ₹2,000.

3.2 Once you approve the final design, the order is final, and Bespoke Products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under clauses 4 and 5 of the Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. If you cancel after approval, Kavera may retain from your advance the costs it has actually incurred, and will refund any balance.

3.3 If the finished piece differs materially from the approved design or has a defect, Kavera will remake or repair it, or refund what you paid if it cannot.

3.4 If Kavera is unable to complete your order, it will refund everything you have paid, and clause 2.2 of the Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy applies.

4.1 Designs, CAD files and renders created by Kavera remain Kavera's intellectual property. Where a design is based on your own original artwork, Kavera will not reproduce it for anyone else without your consent.

4.2 You confirm that you have the right to use any reference material you share. Kavera may decline to replicate another brand's protected designs or trademarks, and may decline engraving text that is unlawful or offensive.

5.1 Bespoke Products are covered by the Warranty & Lifetime Care Policy and are eligible for Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back under the Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy.
